This Privacy Policy explains how Regener8MD collects, uses, and protects information through this website, the Regener8MD app, our at-home and blood-draw test kits, and our clinical services. Health, lab, genetic, and wearable data receive additional protections described in our Consumer Health & Genetic Data Notice.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use this website, the Regener8MD app, or our services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, biological sex, mailing and shipping address, health goals, survey and assessment answers, appointment preferences, payment details processed by our payment providers, and communications you send to us.

Health, Lab, and Genetic Information

If you order a test kit, join a membership, or upload records, we collect health information such as blood biomarker results, epigenetic (DNA methylation) results, biological age and organ age scores, genetic predisposition results, mitochondrial function results, microbiome results, past lab reports you upload, and your protocol, supplement, and medication information.

Wearable and Device Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health or a supported wearable, the app receives the data you authorize, such as sleep, heart rate variability, activity, and stress measures. You choose which connections to turn on, and you can turn any of them off at any time in the app or in your device settings.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit this website or use the app, we automatically collect technical information including IP address, device and browser type, app version, pages and screens viewed, and referring URLs. This is used to operate, secure, and improve the website and the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide the app and its features, including your biological age estimate, momentum score, daily plan, and protocol; to process test kit orders and deliver your results; to schedule appointments and provide clinical care when you are a Clinical Membership or Physician Concierge member; to relay any critical value flagged by a laboratory; to respond to your inquiries; to improve our services; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your health, lab, genetic, or wearable data for advertising.

3. HIPAA and Protected Health Information

Regener8MD is a covered entity under HIPAA. Protected health information (PHI) created or received in the course of providing medical services is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we use and disclose your health information and your rights. Information you provide through website forms or the free app does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship. Health data you provide through the app is protected as described in this policy and our Consumer Health & Genetic Data Notice whether or not it is PHI.

4. Information Sharing

We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:

• Laboratories and testing partners that process your samples and return results, such as Vibrant America, TruDiagnostic, Mescreen, and BiomeFx, and the participating draw sites or mobile phlebotomists you choose.
• Our clinicians, when you enroll in Clinical Membership or Physician Concierge.
• Service providers that host, secure, and support the website and the app, process payments, ship kits, and send communications, under written confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements, such as a court order or governmental authority, and when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Regener8MD, our patients, or the public.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses standard cookies and local storage to improve your browsing experience, as described in our Cookie Policy. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit certain functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking or behavioral profiling.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, a copy of your data, and deletion of your account and data, subject to legal record retention requirements. You may disconnect any wearable or data source at any time and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information, except records we must keep under Florida medical record retention rules or other law.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

This website and the Regener8MD app are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. California Residents: Your Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. You have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) correct inaccurate personal information; (4) limit the use of sensitive personal information; (5) opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (Regener8MD does not sell or share personal information); and (6) non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

11. Consumer Health Data Rights in Other States

Residents of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, and other states with consumer health data laws have additional rights over health data, including the right to confirm whether we collect it, to access it, to delete it, and to withdraw consent. 12. International Users

If you access this website or the app from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. We handle your information in accordance with applicable U.S. law. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above, and we will notify app users of material changes in the app.
