Consumer Health & Genetic Data Notice

Your health data is the most personal data you have. This Notice explains what consumer health and genetic data Regener8MD collects through the Regener8MD app, our test kits, and our website, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices and rights you have. It adds to our Privacy Policy. When you become a patient, protected health information is also governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

1. Health Data We Collect

2. How We Use It

We use health data only to provide the services you request: to show your results, calculate your scores, build and update your protocol, deliver test kits and results, relay any critical laboratory flag, and, for Clinical Membership and Physician Concierge members, to provide medical care. We may use de-identified data to improve the accuracy and safety of our services. We never use your health data for advertising, and we never sell it.

3. Consent

We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent or as needed to provide the service you request. You give consent when you order a kit, connect a data source, or upload records, and you can withdraw it at any time by disconnecting a source in the App, contacting us, or deleting your account.

4. Genetic Information

DNA-based testing is performed only with your informed consent, consistent with Section 760.40, Florida Statutes. Your genetic results are confidential. We do not disclose them to anyone, including employers or insurers, without your written consent, except to the laboratory that performs the test, to your Regener8MD clinician if you are a member, or as required by law. We do not use your genetic data to identify relatives.
